In the heart of the Grande rue de marly le roi, the Duetto - duo in Italian - offers authentic Italian cuisine punctuated by seasonal products straight from the boot. Vittorio has extensive experience in catering; from the Ferrandi school, he worked before opening in the famous
Parisian bistro run by Stéphane Jego, "L'ami Jean". Sandro, from a family of restaurateurs, has a more atypical past; holder of a master's degree in economics and management, he worked for ten years as a business engineer in the bank before reuniting with his childhood friend Vittorio and deciding together to embark on the adventure of catering in this beautiful street in the village of Marly.
The regularly changing menu pays homage to the Mediterranean flavors of their country of origin: Neapolitan pizza - dough leavened for 72 hours -, cold cuts and cheeses directly imported from Italy, homemade pasta and desserts... As for the wines, they are selected by Matteo Ghiringhelli, best sommelier in Italy in 2010 and third in the European championship! So many great references and gastronomic promises to be discovered also in the magnificent summer garden which overlooks the Maillol Garden.
